The group’s foundation can be followed back to 1987. What began as a dream has grown into a prominent contributor to the buffalo meat industry. The movement has been toward processing buffalo meat since trading entity status was first granted, bringing it closer to worthy meat consumers. Well, we still dream sometimes. From this point on, our goal is to increase the value of meat to provide consumers with even more joy each time they consume our products.
